Beyond supporting the mental well-being and overall health of our colleagues at Tekai, Minh will also take on the role of a cultural bridge between our two offices: Finland and Vietnam, helping bring the two teams closer together.
With many years of experience in the IT Outsourcing industry, Minh brings along valuable insights and real-world perspectives to share with Tekai. This also creates a great opportunity for our international teammates to learn more about Vietnamese culture – from delicious local dishes often seen only on screens, to cultural aspects usually discovered through YouTube, and to experiences that can truly be felt only when living in Vietnam.
Minh is known for his positive energy, cheerful personality, and strong fighting spirit. As a true warrior when it comes to tackling challenging recruitment tasks, nothing can stand in his way at Tekai. Hidden beneath that professional side is also a Game Content Creator, with favorite titles including League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant, and many more. In the near future, we can surely expect many intense and exciting PES matches between our Vietnam and Finland offices!
